PawsTribute stands behind every film we create. Memorializing a beloved pet is deeply personal, and we believe you deserve a tribute that genuinely moves you. If our work doesn't meet that standard, we'll make it right.

How the guarantee works
Our satisfaction guarantee has two simple stages:
Stage 1: We'll keep working
If your film doesn't feel right when it arrives — for any reason — reply to your delivery email and tell us what's not working. We'll create a new version at no additional cost. You can request changes to:
- The theme or overall feeling
- The pacing, length, or transitions
- The music selection
- How your photos appear in the film
- The personal message, name, or dates shown
There's no time limit on revision requests and no fee. We'll typically deliver your revised version within 48 hours of receiving your feedback.
Stage 2: Full refund
If after revisions you still feel the film doesn't honor your pet the way you'd hoped, we'll issue a full refund of your purchase price, including any add-ons you selected.
Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. We don't ask for explanations or require returns of any kind.
What's covered
This guarantee applies to:
- The Memento ($19)
- The Tribute ($39)
- The Signature ($69)
- All optional add-ons (tribute letter, social reel, rush delivery)
What's not covered
To keep this guarantee fair to everyone, the following situations are not eligible for refund:
- Refund requests made before delivery. Once we've started production on your film, we can't issue a refund — but you can change the package, theme, or photos at no charge if you contact us within 24 hours of ordering.
- Refunds for technical compatibility issues. All films are delivered as standard MP4 video files compatible with virtually every modern device. We can't refund based on your inability to play the file on a specific device, but we'll happily help you troubleshoot.
- Chargebacks filed without contacting us first. If you file a credit card chargeback before reaching out to our support team, we'll respond to your card issuer with a copy of this policy and our communication record. Please email us first — we'll resolve nearly any concern faster than your bank will.
Cancellations before delivery
You may cancel your order for a full refund any time before we've begun production on your film. To request cancellation, email contact@pawstribute.com with your order number. Once production begins (typically within 12–24 hours of order placement), the order is in progress and the satisfaction guarantee above applies instead.
Changes to your order
If you've placed an order and want to change something — different photos, a different theme, a different package, an added rush delivery — email us within 24 hours of placing your order. We'll update your order at no charge if production hasn't started, or charge only the difference if you're upgrading.
How to request changes or a refund
The fastest way to reach us is by replying directly to your delivery email. You can also email contact@pawstribute.com at any time. We typically respond within 24 hours, often much sooner.
Please include your order number (in your delivery email) so we can find your film quickly.
Why we offer this guarantee
This is the kind of work where "good enough" isn't good enough. If we deliver a film that doesn't honor your pet the way you needed it to, that's a failure we want to fix — not a transaction we want to defend. Our guarantee exists because we genuinely believe in our work, and because you deserve to feel that belief too.
