This Privacy Policy describes how Meadowhush collects, uses, and protects information about you when you use our website or order a memorial film from us.
Meadowhush is a memorial-film studio. Purchases are sold and processed by our third-party Merchant of Record, which is the seller of record for your order.
What information we collect
Information you give us directly
- Order information: Your email address, the pet's name and details, photos, and any personal message you choose to include.
- Payment information: Your payment is processed by our third-party payment provider, which acts as the Merchant of Record (the seller of record) for your purchase. We receive only confirmation of successful payment and the order details needed to create your film; we never see or store your full card number, CVV, or bank details.
- Communications: If you email us or reply to our messages, we keep those communications to provide support and improve our service.
Information collected automatically
- Technical information: Your IP address, browser type, device type, and pages visited, collected through standard server logs.
- Cookies and analytics: We currently use only essential cookies required to keep the site working.

Who we share information with

- Our third-party Merchant of Record — processes payments, handles tax, and is the seller of record for your purchase
- Email service provider — sends order confirmation and delivery emails
- Cloud storage provider — hosts photos and finished films
We may also share information when legally required, such as in response to a valid court order or to protect our rights.
How long we keep your information
- Photos and finished films: Stored for 12 months after delivery, then deleted unless you request otherwise.
- Order records and emails: Kept for 7 years for tax and accounting requirements.
- Payment records: Retained per our Merchant of Record's policies and financial regulations.
